Hey There

This festival is a space for new ideas, unexpected experiments, and brave little steps into the unknown.

We also believe in making space for one another.

No one needs to sit too comfortably in their seat.
Artists, audiences, and the city move together.

Our stages are everywhere:
a street corner, a historic building, a quiet workshop, the seaside, a market, or an empty warehouse. Wherever people gather, a performance can begin.

Izmir Fringe speaks many languages and welcomes many voices.
Different cultures, different disciplines, different ways of telling stories all belong here.

We open our doors especially to independent artists, young creators, and anyone who wants to try something new.

“What happens if we try?”

What is Fringe?

Fringe is an open arts festival where artists present their work freely and audiences discover unexpected performances across the city. It celebrates experimentation, diversity, and new voices by turning streets, historical spaces, and everyday places into stages.
